This papaya smoothie is so delicious that I had finished it 5 minutes. Papaya has super enzymes for healing. So if you are injured or hurt have this smoothie. Also you can add a 1/2 teaspoon turmeric to enhance the antibiotic properties.
In this smoothie I have added papaya and banana. Banana makes smoothie creamy. I have used frozen banana but you can use fresh as well. Top it with your favourite toppings and voila !. Isn’t too easy.
This smoothie can be had in breakfast or brunch.
Papaya smoothie bowl recipe
- 1 cup ripe papaya
- ½ of a frozen or fresh banana
- A teaspoon of honey
- A few banana slices
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 small handful frozen mixed berries or fresh
Blend together frozen banana and papaya.
Pour blended smoothie into bowl and top with papaya, fresh berries, banana, coconut flakes.
